Albin Pump ALH, The Latest Design in Hose Pumps
We have combined the best available materials with smart design solutions in order to maximize running time and minimize maintenance. Two shoes mounted at 180° on a rotating wheel compress a reinforced rubber hose that contains a fluid to be pumped. The compression of the hose by the rotating shoes creates continuous suction at the inlet of the pump and pushes the fluid to the outlet of the pump. The pump casing contains a lubricant that reduces friction and ensures the best pump performance with minimum maintenance. The pumped liquid is in contact with only the interior of the rubber hose, thus permitting the pumping of a wide variety of reactive fluids. This pump summarizes what we at ALBIN PUMP want to achieve: better Pump Solutions for our customers. Our design enhances the pump’s simplicity and robust principle.
Albin Pump ALX 150, The Extra Hose Pumps
Albin Pump SAS with our ALX Series pump you get all the benefits of other peristaltic pumps, with the two key additional benefits of a much slower speed for a given flowrate; and rotating rollers for soft hose compression. These two features greatly increase hose life & reduce power consumption.
The ALX150 pump has the biggest flow of peristaltic pumps in the World.
After years of development the ALX150 was introduced for applications ranging from; sea tanker overloading, to high solids thickener underflow slurry transfer, where fast reliable offloading is key to process profitability.
Our pump uses soft action rotating rollers to compress the hose instead of hard fixed shoes. The advantage of our rollers is that they gently rotate as they compress the hose, losing very little power from surface friction. The pumps soft rollers reduce power consumption dramatically. Displacing 90 litres per revolution you can run this pump very slowly to deliver high flowrates up to 200 m3/h with excellent hose life.

AD Albin Pump
Albin pump has developed and patented a revolutionary AODD pump.
Compared to traditional AODD pumps, the AD pump offers 70% lower pulsation, a reduction in energy consumption of up to 45%, noise reduction, three to five times longer operation time between service intervals and an increase in diaphragm lifetime by up to five times. The AD pump is available in 4 sizes with a flow rate from 0-130 l/min.
